One to One Intuitive Eating Counselling

Imagine how good you’d feel if your appetite looked after itself.  All you had to think about from time to time was what you are going to have to eat. This is Intuitive Eating in full expression.

How do our sessions work? 

Our sessions are held remotely online. Video calls work well for our clients as face- to-face interaction builds stronger connections.

The first couple of sessions assess how you currently feel and focus on how your relationship with food has evolved during your life. We’ll then create a personal programme and teach you through the principles of Intuitive Eating TM.

You’ll learn skills along the way that will eliminate the factors that are currently causing you to overeat.

This specialist programme looks at the root cause of your overeating. You will understand exactly  why you have a large appetite and where it came from.

Most importantly, you’ll learn this has nothing to do with you or your lack of willpower, motivation or a goal. When you have clarity about your situation, we’ll focus on how to tune into your body’s wisdom to claim the control that is within you.

Emotional health is as big a part of this approach as the physical. And, in fact, the emotional side is the main source of recovery from overeating.

You will learn a completely different way to control your appetite until one day you appetite is  normal.

A normal appetite means no triggers, no cravings and always 100% satisfaction and enjoyment from eating.

Our one-to-one counselling will fix your food and eating worries that prevent you from living the life you’ve always dreamed of.

Expert 1:1 Intuitive Eating Counselling 

Sessions are 60 minutes and usually weekly. We tailor the frequency and duration to individual clients.

Because this recovery programme is about learning how to control your eating using a totally different system to the one you currently use, the sessions are more if frequent initially.

But as the skills start to flow more, clients move on to less frequent sessions. Remember this programme is about developing skills necessary to maintain weight effortlessly and not monitoring weight, food or calories!

Group Sessions
